Beautician, Customer service or Beauty Industry, Dietician, parlor, Presentation skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful Beauty Advisor has a strong working knowledge of the latest cosmetics and skin care products. You should also have excellent customer service and sales abilities by ecommerce platform as well as strong communication skills.
∎ Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and preferences.
∎ Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, budget and explaining how the products work.
∎ Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.
∎ Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up messages, calls and mails.
∎ Handling door-to-door sales, follow up deliveries on time and meeting quotas and objectives.
∎ Keep up to date with products information, new launches, promotions etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Passion for the beauty industry.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work as a team
∎ Must be comfortable with appearing in videos for social media.
∎ Must have to good knowledge about high end Beauty & Cosmetics.
∎ Plan & Executes various marketing and public relations campaigns.
∎ Previous experience as beauty advisor or similar role would be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
