∎ Chemistry Graduation or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate Galvanizing production processes on daily basis to produce high - quality products.
∎ Develop Galvanizing process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
∎ Provide support for Galvanizing production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Evaluate current Galvanizing production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Develop best practices to improve Galvanizing production capacity, quality, and reliability.
∎ Identify Galvanizing manufacturing needs for new products in development.
∎ Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
∎ Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants must have Minimum 3 Years in Galvanizing Production works experiences.
∎ 100% honest with integrity.
∎ Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness
∎ Truthfulness
∎ Good team player
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla ( MS Word & Excel)
∎ Mailing communication skill
∎ Selected candidates should have mentality to stay in nearly factory at Dhamrai.
Salary: Negotiable
