∎ The forest lounge is to make the restaurant food chain brand in Bangladesh. We are expanding our business by setup many outlets in Dhaka city. So we are looking for energetic, smart people for different section such as Top to bottom, kitchen, FnB, sales & Marketing, IT etc. For the result, we are looking for Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. You`ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers as they enter
∎ Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
∎ Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
∎ Prepare beverages following recipes
∎ Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
∎ Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
∎ Keep the bar area clean
∎ Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
∎ Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
∎ Comply with health and safety regulations
∎ Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Compliance cleanliness and food safety as per standards.
∎ Track and maintain all equipment and furniture.
∎ Doing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
∎ Any task assign by management should have positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s) experience as a Barista in 3-5 star local and international brands hotels & Restaurants.
∎ Foreign experience people are get preference.
∎ Previous work experience as a Barista.
∎ Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
∎ Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts.
∎ Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.

Salary: Negotiable
