Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for "Back Office Support Executive" for Industrial Air Division who will be responsible for:
∎ Responsible for day to day business activities including preparation of Quotation, Pro Forma, layout drawing, Sales and Marketing support to Sales Team etc.
∎ Issuing TO, OA, ESN and Contract Agreement
∎ Handling LC orders - checking draft LCs, amendment issues, follow-up post orders, and visit customer's office for arranging required amendment on LCs.
∎ Proving support to BLM for execution of Dealer's Order
∎ Build up awareness of safety issues among Sales Team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 2-3 years' experience in related position
∎ Should have enough knowledge on indent business, LC handling, HS codes
∎ related to Import & Export policy
∎ Be competent on MS Office and AUTOCAD
∎ Should have willingness to visit customer's office frequently
∎ Personality requirements:
∎ Ability to work as team player
∎ Excellent communication skills
