Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement psychological assessment procedures for airline crew members
∎ Conduct psychological evaluations for pilots, cabin crew to ensure their mental well-being and suitability for their roles
∎ Provide counseling and support services to crew members facing work-related stress or personal challenges
∎ Design and deliver crew training programs to enhance their performance, communication skills and stress management
∎ Collaborate with other departments to improve crew-resource management and teamwork
∎ Conduct research and analysis to identify factors affecting crew performance and propose effective solutions
∎ Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in aviation psychology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ A Brief knowledge of aviation regulations and standards related to crew well-being and performance
∎ Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and methodologies
∎ Ability to strong counseling, interpersonal skills, and psychotherapy as well
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments
