Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be B.Sc. / Diploma in Automobile engineering from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of the automotive components or complete vehicles.
∎ To provide repair and maintenance services to the in-house vehicles. We insure the maintenance quality and prompt service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure delivery of company vehicles on time.
∎ Manage complaints and identify/assess vehicle problem.
∎ Greet customers / company authorized personnel and interacts with them to understand their vehicular problems
∎ Supervise, manage and monitor automotive service technicians and repairers.
∎ Manage and handle /input software related data in system and report to authority as per company policy which is ISO standard.
∎ Ensure all unites of company's concerns satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
∎ Drive the vehicle with the technician and the customer to gain firsthand knowledge of the vehicular problems.
∎ Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, where applicable.
∎ Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
∎ Manage /guide and educate technical team and others members of workshop for effective deliverables within time-frame.
∎ Manage periodical review /schedule of all vehicles of Company as per standard.
∎ Source spare parts as and when required basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 05 - 07 years' practical experience in Automobile sectors in a reputed.
∎ Workshop.
∎ Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Energetic, Sincere, Honest with positive attitude
∎ Strong analyzing and creative skill
∎ Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work within internal procedure and control.
∎ Passion, excellent listener and communicator.
∎ Willing to travel.
∎ Ability to keep up to date with new concepts, techniques, tools and technologies.
∎ Excellent analytical thinking-looking at a situation accurately, understanding how it works.
∎ Must have experts level knowledge in MS office application, email/browsing & Strong communication skills.
