Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software, based on project requirements and specifications.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
∎ Prepare and modify drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry codes.
∎ Incorporate markups and revisions provided by the project team into existing drawings.
∎ Review and verify the accuracy of drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
∎ Generate material take-offs and bill of quantities based on the drawings.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate translation of drawings into fabrication and construction.
∎ Assist in identifying and resolving design discrepancies or issues that arise during the construction phase.
∎ Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, including drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and new techniques related to AutoCAD design in pre-engineered steel buildings and structures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Proven work experience as an AutoCAD Operator, preferably in the field of pre-engineered steel buildings and structures.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.
∎ Strong understanding of drafting principles and practices, particularly in the context of steel structures.
∎ Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to steel structures.
∎ Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in producing drawings.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Effective communication skills to convey information and coordinate with team members.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
