Responsibilities & Context:
Drafting of Drawing: Prepare detailed architectural, structural and utility drawings (Electrical/Plumbing) using AutoCAD 2D & 3D based on project requirements.
Plan Modification: Revise and modify existing drawings according to the instructions of Senior Architects or Project Engineers.
Site Coordination: Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and ensure that the "As-Built" drawings reflect the actual construction on-site.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all drawings and layouts comply with RAJUK/CDA/ Local Authority guidelines and BNBC standards.
Documentation: Maintain a systematic digital and physical filing system for all project drawings, revisions and blueprints.
Collaboration: Work closely with the civil engineering and marketing teams to provide floor plans and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
Quantity Estimation: Assist the estimation team by providing accurate measurements from drawings for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Delivery of Drawing: Print and supply of drawing for site as and when required.
