∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detail working drawing ,3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
∎ Quantity Estimate & Schedule as per drawing & needs.
∎ Team work with consultants and In-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the co-ordination between architectural and engineering team.
∎ Should have the quality to work with a design team or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare detail working drawings of different type of projects.
∎ Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
∎ Prepare drawings showing the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and devices, indicating dimensions and other requirements.
∎ Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation of systematic processes.
∎ Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
