Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical Engineer/ IPE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & monitor the machine’s process of performance.
∎ Evaluate and review the efficiency of production.
∎ Review & analyze the efficiency of R & I.
∎ Monitor the capital asset.
∎ Evaluate the industrial process.
∎ Check the quality of performance.
∎ Monitor and report on physical versus system inventory accuracy.
∎ Ensure product is being processed according to set standards.
∎ Figure out Documents errors, variances and non-compliance with operations policy and procedures.
∎ Perform a variety of system inventory adjustments depending on where identified.
∎ Review damaged products for salvage or disposal.
∎ Ensure that the product requirements in the BOM, packing and labeling manual are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Excellent written and oral skills.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Must have working experience in a manufacturing plant/ factory.
