Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit projects as per project condition, performance & critical criteria
∎ Suggest PE in writing improvement methods and rectification
∎ Regular Maintenance of formated checklist both for structural & finishing work.
∎ Report MD for intervention for serious issues and disagreement with Project personnel including GM or Customers .
∎ The ISO checklist & further proposed BNBC checklist if good enough only if followed with honesty.
∎ No need to bring fizzy issues for MD"s concern, but uncompromising spirit as long professional integrity is concerned.
∎ Follow up of identified rectification.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Construction Supervision & Design Concepts.
∎ Scope of Supervision: 2 projects per day
∎ Field visit : 5 Days / week
∎ Office Reporting : 1 Day / week
∎ Candidate should have motor bike for projects visit
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill
∎ Hard working capability.
