Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the procurement team to achieve both departmental and company objectives.
∎ Lead to ensure cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, consumables & spare parts, considering lead time and best quality as per required standards.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement manufacturing raw materials emphasizing a highly fluctuating market demand.
∎ Analysis the related market and collect various sources of supply for various types of procuring materials and Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Lead to collect data and preparing of annual purchase & procurement budget based on the actual consumption.
∎ Formulate tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness of procurement.
∎ Has to develop effective supplier base or best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment for supplier performance.
∎ Develop Strategy, coordinate, monitor and manage of smooth supply chain (Procurement, Store & Distribution) for local and foreign procurement.
∎ Coordinate with factories, commercial team, warehouse manager, sales and marketing team to manage information flow of SCM on continuous basis.
∎ Monitor the inventory status (RM & PM) to control safety stock level.
∎ Analysis seasonal impact to fulfill pick seasons demand & effective procurement plan accordingly.
∎ Ensure urgent and additional requirements delivery as per production requirement.
∎ Sourcing of capable suppliers ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of comparative analysis for each procurement.
∎ Other task as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Very good analytical problem solving & interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong Leadership on negotiation, communication & Project Management.
∎ Well conversant on MS-Office.
∎ Pleasant Personality with can do attitude.
