∎ Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of BBT, Medium/Low Voltage products, Substations, and LT Panels in a large, reputed organization.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of factory machine layouts, floor layouts, and single-line diagrams.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVSyst, and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong understanding of Industrial Automation and Electrical System components.
∎ Ability to prepare BOQs and interpret technical drawings.
∎ Fluent in both written and spoken Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self-Starter, a Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure individual sales targets are fulfilled on a monthly /yearly basis to achieve departmental targets as well as growth of the company's yearly target.
∎ Communicate with the DELTA Team regarding product requirements, Stock status/urgency, technical, market analysis, Training etc.
∎ Providing design & estimation and application of Industrial Automation, Building Management System (BMS), VFD, SERVO SYSTEM, PLC and HMI equipment as per customer needs.
∎ Explore and visit regularly in the industrial market for the potential client, promoting the company and for the department target achievement.
∎ Maintained scheduling and meeting up existing and new clients and discussing their requirements.
∎ Providing appropriate solution and product suggestions to the existing /new customer by applying an exact range of engineering through knowledge and experience and strong positive relationships with the customer.
∎ Provides information to the line manager by collecting, analysing, summarizing data and trends.
∎ Must have the attitude to protect the organization's values and information confidential.
∎ Create market & achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Create market and achieve the targeted sales of BBT/LT Panels/Substation/Switchgear components.
∎ Able to prepare BOQ of BBT/LT Panels/Substation/Switchgear components.
∎ Frequently Visit to the Industrial client for the offer of BBT/LT Panels/Substation/Switchgear components.
