Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position will be responsible to monitor and expedite the all constructions work to complete within the stipulated time frame of an individual constructions project with collaboration of Project Manager, Contractor, SCM, Accounts Department and other required stake holder.
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects along with the engineers.
∎ To ensure all jobs are continuing as per program and working drawings.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections officially disconnected, all utility meters are safe and secured, security post constructed, site office established with proper facilities, labor shed constructed with required facilities.
∎ To make safe and secured store for preserving materials.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Ensure all quality control process are maintained properly.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the labors and employees.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & engineers to identify problem to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Providing Project Material Requisitions.
∎ Check and verify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with SCM, CSD, QA and Project Director.
∎ Prepare finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
