Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Asst.Manager/Manager, Inventory who will be responsible for overall Store/Inventory works of the concerned organization working in Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant Project.
∎ Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant is one of the largest and prestigious project in Bangladesh.
∎ Those who are only experienced in Store and Inventory are encourage to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees inventory team and prepare duty roster.
∎ Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
∎ Receive materials (project materials, accessories, spare parts etc) from suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase orders following company SOP.
∎ Materials loading/unloading plan and equipment preparation.
∎ Stockpile materials in the warehouse/ assign locations/ field according to SOP/ MSDS, preservation guidelines.
∎ Inventory hard copy ledgers maintenance properly.
∎ Audit/ inspect material receiving team and cross match with receiving process (SoP) time to time.
∎ Materials receive/MRR into ERP, update excel sheet and report.
∎ Materials distribution/delivery to engineers/ users as per requisition.
∎ Inden/requisition, issue, challan and Gate Pass management and documentation properly
∎ Prepare daily stock of frequently use materials and report to PM/ CM/ users through email, SMS.
∎ Maintain daily report of issue bulk/major items; cement, Sylhet sand, stone chips, admixture according to the lab concrete report through the issue book.
∎ Consumption report of rebar of concreting pile, pier cap, pier cap, wining wall, abutment, segment, box girder, T-girder etc. according to the engineer/user requirement.
∎ Reconciliation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and closing report of materials receiving, issuing, transferring and stock.
∎ Weighbridge Scale supervision.
∎ Batching plant, Asphalt plant, girder yard monitoring and material management.
∎ Maintain proper Bin cards, labels, tags etc.
∎ Manage trace, track surplus, idle, stools & tackles, Fixed assets materials.
∎ Waste management and disposal.
