Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Accounts Work:
∎ Handling all accounting tasks, including but not limited to payroll processing, maintaining salary sheets, and managing petty cash.
∎ Managing delivery funds and ensuring proper records and reconciliation.
∎ Handling cash withdrawals from the bank.
∎ 2. Admin Work:
∎ Overseeing administrative tasks within the factory premises.
∎ Handling HR-related responsibilities, which might include recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
∎ 3. Monthly VAT Return Submission and Bookkeeping:
∎ Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns.
∎ Maintaining records of VAT challans and sales books.
∎ 4. Monthly Internal Audit and Stock Count:
∎ Conducting monthly internal audits, including physical audits of production floor raw materials and packaging materials.
∎ Counting and verifying stock in the store and distribution areas.
∎ 5. Daily Cheese Stock Check and Challan Book Check:
∎ Conducting daily stock checks for cheese products.
∎ Verifying and maintaining records related to challan books.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
