Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site Supervision Daily.
∎ To look after overall Project development activities, construction, store, security of under constructions project.
∎ Monitoring & controlling contractor labors.
∎ Responsible & capable of restructuring the construction department, planning and Estimation.
∎ Directing & monitoring related team members.
∎ Working progress ensure, related problem solving, daily meeting with related heads & project development activities inform to Project Manager.
∎ Prepare monthly site working plan.
∎ Working target handover to related workers & monitoring ongoing works.
∎ Ensure construction quality, hand over time & Services.
∎ Daily working estimation.
∎ Should be capable of developing & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team.
∎ Sound knowledge on design, drawing.
∎ Others project related logistic works.
∎ Site admin works.
∎ Daily/ weekly/monthly contractor bill prepare.
∎ Daily UN-used product storing.
∎ Daily/ weekly/monthly materials requisition prepare.
∎ Visitors register maintain, look after & in-out man power controlling.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Assuring quality of erection/construction works.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labors/contractors.
∎ Reporting to Project Manager.
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Knowledge about finishing works.
∎ Expert in Auto cad shall be privileges.
∎ Store look after.
∎ Site security & construction look after.
∎ Others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG/ Construction Firm.
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge.
∎ Working as a proactive member in a team
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.
∎ Sharp Knowledge about RMC.
