Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing, developing and executing construction project.
∎ Coordination with Project In-charge or Engineer in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan.
∎ Work with engineering team and implementing construction plan.
∎ Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structure.
∎ Responsible for assisting the project engineer in the overall management of project, this includes but not limited to all planning, organizing and controlling the coordination activities, contract and sub contract negotiations and execution.
∎ Maintain/Monitor customer relations including project progress meeting and project related correspondence.
∎ Enforce the terms and conditions of the sub-contractors to ensure the work is completed timely.
∎ Maintain quality assurance standards for projects.
∎ Provide technical assistance to filled staff when needed.
∎ Analyze construction problems and recommended corrective action.
∎ Order and stock construction materials to avoid shortage.
∎ Wastage control in man, machine and materials.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 years in project implemented field
