∎ B Sc. in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates construction design and detail instruction to field forces.
∎ Creating project lay out plan; Floor lay out plan, Structural design and highly detailed drawing.
∎ Liaising with project and construction engineer about the feasibility of the projects.
∎ Able to creating existing design, time to time it could be change on circumstances and instruction the field engineer as per design.
∎ Working closely with team who are professional in the field as well as abroad engineer regarding the project issue.
∎ Analyzing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risks or problems and making amendments using Computer Aided Design application (CAD).
∎ Specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in the project.
∎ Preparing documents to help with getting planning permission and similar approvals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years experience in related field.
∎ Report writing in English is essential
∎ A strong interest in architecture, mathematics, drawing and design with an excellent eye for details.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Competence in Auto CAD, 2D & 3D
∎ Steel structure shed with BOQ
∎ Design beautification
∎ Strong planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
∎ High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
