Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create materials receiving in ERP in conform with the validated delivery challan/packing list.
∎ Issue materials in ERP ensuring actual quantity in hand is being matched with stock report.
∎ Undertake materials storage and BIN card fixing.
∎ Undertake materials unloading and loading.
∎ Conduct monthly/half yearly/yearly stock counting and send it to the store in charge for his review.
∎ Provide necessary support to establish digitalization of end to end process of inventory.
