∎ Hons/Masters/BBA/MBA from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Show the required work to vendor.
∎ Price negotiation & collect quotation from vendor.
∎ Make delivery to user section & collect MRR from user section.
∎ Collect sample & follow up.
∎ Collect some specific requisition from user dept, take and purchase required items monthly from vendor.
∎ Follow up the products purchase progress status as some documentation is required (sales Contract / LC,EXP, IP)
∎ Send to PO to vendors and collect PO acknowledgement from vendors.
∎ Follow up the delivery schedule with vendor (As per delivery Schedule)
∎ Searching new Vendor to get more competitive price.
∎ Communication with EXIM team to arrange BEPZA permission and custom clearance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word etc.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Import procedure & Custom Regulation.
