∎ Skills Required: Commissioning substation activities, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Execution of HVAC System, solar installation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Drawing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Substation, Electrical wiring diagrams., HVAC Project Execution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical design & drawing analysis.
∎ Prepare Electrical construction and maintainence work planning.
∎ Site visit and supervise the electrical installation and fitting-fixing work.
∎ Work distribution between contractor or manpower.
∎ Prepare and update electrical work progress report.
∎ Maintain the check list of electrical fitting-fixing work.
∎ Prepare the document of cost, estimate, budget & billing
∎ Cooperate to supply chain management during materials purchase.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years experience in any reputed Real Estate Company
∎ Excellent leadership Quality
∎ Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
∎ Management and Coordination of Consultants
∎ Valid Membership in IEB & RAJUK Enlisting is preferable.
∎ Excellent in Auto CAD
