Job Context:
∎ Ensure timely support in the area of Transport facilities, Implementation of Policy, Transport Maintenance in time.
∎ Need to travel to the project sites as when required by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Transport Team Supervise, Daily plan distributes to respective member and monitoring action as per plan.
∎ 2. Transport Policy implementation & upgrading, Existing Transport policy implementation & proper follow up.
∎ 3. All Rental Car policy-making & Implementation, Ensuring proper utilization of all rental vehicles & justified agreement with the vendor.
∎ 4. New/Old Vehicle purchase quality justification. Ensure quality & durability of new/used vehicle purchase & negotiate the price of the newly purchased vehicle.
∎ 5. Coordinating Central Transport Team & All Project Transport Officers,
∎ Coordination with central Transport Team and all project Transport Team to ensure smooth operation.
∎ 6. BRTA, Police Case, Accidental Case follow up, Actively follow up the issues related with BRTA, Police case, Accidental Case & solve the issues if any major problem arises.
∎ 7. Monitoring All Repair/Maintenance/Fuel/BRTA/Rental expenses, Monitoring all bills of Repair/Maintenance, Fuel Expenses & Rental car.
∎ 8. . Transport Executive/Officer’s skilled development, Giving daily plans to team members, Arrange Weekly & Monthly meetings on Transport related Technical & Non- Technical Problems, Providing proper guidance with solutions.
∎ 9. Arrange and provide training for drivers. Providing training on safe driving, traffic rules & regulations, cleanliness & quality maintenance, company policy. Monthly meeting with drivers & tray to solve the major issues.
