Job Context:
∎ SEBL Group, one of the largest business conglomerates wants to hire an energetic, dynamic and self-motivated personnel for their new pharma chain retail business as Pharma Retail Operations Manager.
∎ The Pharmacy Operations Manager will be responsible for running and maintaining the pharmacies as well as supervising the pharmacy shop managers. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will strive to deliver quality pharmacy services by maintaining the hygiene norms.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Encourage professionalism, productivity, performance, and efficiency of all pharmacy staff
∎ Responsible for achieving the operational excellence for all the pharmacy outlets
∎ Responsible for business expansion and outlet expansion
∎ Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies
∎ Ensure timely evaluations of pharmacy staff members, including performing annual reviews
∎ Confirm correct and timely payroll approval
∎ Develop policies, procedures and protocols for pharmacy staff and outlets
∎ Maintain government regulations and government standard in Pharma business
∎ Provide supervision and coaching for pharmacy managers and staff.
∎ Create short- and long-term pharmacy strategic goals for pharmacy program development
∎ Develop annual budget for operations
∎ Participate in hiring process for pharmacy positions.
∎ Coordinate pharmacy staff training (initial orientation and ongoing pharmacy team member development)
∎ Oversee records of all transactions of the pharmacy and ensure bank deposit by all the Pharma Shop managers
∎ Ensure profitability of each pharma shops
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Has to be very active and willing to work long hours.
∎ Has to be committed towards the company and also the task provided
∎ Has to be efficient and hard working.
Salary: Negotiable
