∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
∎ Proven experience 3 years or more in Digital Marketing, Marketing Agency with a strong understanding of planning and strategy.
∎ Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEO and Paid advertising.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
∎ Expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
∎ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, trends ,Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
∎ Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
∎ The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
∎ Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
∎ Excellent communication and project management and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
