Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum graduation from a reputed university in any field.
∎ Candidate needs Advance skill in MS Excel and MS Power Point for Preparing Reports.
∎ Candidate should be well experienced with the Bank/Customs/ Port Formalities.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing General Purchase of Complete Operational materials and Capital Expenditures.
∎ Preparing Budget vs Actual Info for Monthly Management report.
∎ Enlisting new suppliers as per Guideline of the HOD.
∎ Negotiating the Terms and Agreements with the Contractors for All Civil/Mechanical Turnkey works and finalize the deal within the budgetary limit.
∎ Monitoring ongoing Civil/Mechanical Turnkey works at Factory and complete with in the Timeline.
∎ Communicating with Commercial Department to complete necessary formalities of CUSTOMS and BEPZA for Turnkey works and Materials Supply as well.
∎ Negotiating Price and other Terms with the Suppliers and Contractors.
∎ Keeping Traceable Documentation and Record of General Purchase Activities at SCM Dept.
∎ Collecting General materials price from the market and Making comparative statement.
∎ Following Ordered materials with Supplier and ensure Delivery on time with right quality first.
∎ Making billing summary against the monthly purchases of Operational goods and Capital Expanses.
∎ Monitoring Monthly consumables items stock at Store and Refilling while needed with in the Budget.
∎ In order to follow the TAX/VAT Compliance necessary communication are maintaining with Suppliers/Contractors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have maintained a wide range of Contractor and Supplier base for the Civil and Mechanical Projects.
∎ Good Product knowledge on Building materials, Sewing and Heavy Machine Spares, Mechanical and Electrical Items Needed for an Apparel manufacturing Plant.
∎ Practical experience on Garment Capital Machinery Import.
