Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: PLC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the total troubleshooting/maintenance of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)/Inverter.
∎ Responsible for configuration between Rockwell software, Allen Bradley PLC.
∎ Diagnosing technical problems and determine proper solutions.
∎ Draw scheduled & preventive maintenance plan. Support the Production head in balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Visual inspection of the drive and its surrounding area.
∎ Enable a continuous improvement approach to the inverter maintenance.
∎ Ensure Service related issues like spare parts, Preventive Maintenance Kits, spare inventory etc.
∎ Client facing role with excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
∎ Accountable for improving the inverter performance and efficiency.
∎ Ensure Zero down time.
∎ Coordinate with the Plant head towards achieving the plant efficiency, productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Rockwell Software & Allen Bradley PLC experience.
