∎ Currently we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of Mechanical Engineer to join our team who has a considerable knowledge of the mechanical & maintenance-related activities in a knit dyeing project & willing to grow his career in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be focused to minimize breakdown of process machineries.
∎ Should be capable of internal & external communications required for smooth operation of the project.
∎ Should be capable of maintaining history & logbook of all departmental activities & inventory of stocks/Spare.
∎ Should have knowledge about health & safety legislation & enforce it strictly to sub ordinate.
∎ Should be able to supervise sub-ordinates & improve their skills/knowledge by on the spot training.
∎ Shall be responsible for Generators (Gas & Diesel), Grid power, Compressors, Boilers & ETP.
∎ Should be able to Plan of shutdowns of utilities as per process requirements.
∎ Should be able to coordinate with inter-departmental team of engineers/Shift In-charges for planning of activities in major shutdown, preventive Plant Maintenance Planning in advance.
∎ Should be able to ensure all plant failures are analyzed & submit reports to supervisor.
∎ Should be able to run large biological effluent treatment plant independently, monitor effluent quality and effective corrective measures in case of deviations.
∎ Supervise engineering and technical staff
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ Manage stocks of supplies and equipment.
∎ Should have knowledge about health & safety legislation & enforce it strictly to sub ordinate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must be proficient in AUTO CAD, MS OFFICE, EXCEL, MS POWER POINT.
∎ Must be excellent at written & verbal ENGLISH.
