Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Compressors, boilers, Chiller Plant, Generator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Troubleshooting of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, AC Plant etc.
∎ Ensure Schedule Maintenance Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC Plant etc.
∎ Coordination with External Service Team of Generator, Compressor, Boiler, Chiller & AC Plant.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all schedule and unscheduled maintenance.
∎ To ensure physical inventory for the requirement of spare parts.
∎ To initiate material requisition process like Local LC, Spare parts and follow up of its purchase & coordinate with store.
∎ To ensure the total safety of the respective units.
∎ Giving instruction and guide the maintenance team and supervise their work.
∎ Develop and maintain the plant operations complied with regulatory guidelines.
∎ Lead engineering team and ensure their development.
∎ Sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Accord & Alliance for electrical safety issue.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ To prepare Monthly Utility Consumption Report.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to create a maintenance schedule
∎ Ability to troubleshoot
∎ Knowledge of structure or grounds to be maintained
∎ Knowledge of maintenance procedures
∎ Knowledge of systems to be maintained
∎ Ability to lift heavy loads
∎ Physical agility, Manual dexterity and Management experience is preferred.
