∎ B. Sc in EEE/Electrical/Mechanical from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Utility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant contains Generator, Boiler, Chiller, Compressor and AC plant.
∎ Ensure installation and commissioning of all new machines.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds steam line, airline, water line and condense pine line.
∎ Schedule maintenance of Generator, Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, AC plant, AC, Utility machinery and Sub Station.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like H&M, Next, C&A, Uniqlo, Bureau Veritas along with other environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project would be beneficial.
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
