Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receives and inspects all incoming chemicals and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. Report to Procurement.
∎ Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property
∎ Receives and stores raw materials and chemicals and maintains record of Bin Card.
∎ Should have clear idea about MSDS/SDS. Collection MSDS/SDS of every chemical from supplier/manufacturer through procurement team.
∎ Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate through procurement team.
∎ Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
∎ Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
∎ Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries and surplus property.
∎ Issue chemical to production or ABU as per proper signed/approved gate pass/requisition.
∎ Daily maintain chemical receiving report (import/local), Receiving Register, QC/Lab Report, Consumption/issue Report, Age Stock Report, Dead/Slow/Non-Moving Report & daily/weekly/ monthly Stock Report.
∎ Day wise/ requisition wise issue input into software just in time basis.
∎ Carry on any other instruction by superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Raw material Stock control.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Computer literacy in MS offices.
