Job Context:

∎ The applicants should have proven work experience in Supply Chain Management & Commercial requested to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after sourcing especially surgical gloves items locally and internationally.
∎ You need to time-to-time communicate with the supplier and find new suppliers.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g.PI collection, L/C Open, L/C amendment, L/C retirement and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization etc.) through overseas communications.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the activities of the supply chain management & Commercial properly and efficiently.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents.
∎ L/C proper opening to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F & transportation for reach the product to customs and ensure delivery of machine/ goods from customs and port authority.
∎ Responsible for back-to-back L/C functions & processes.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with customs Officials, C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
