Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors in Engineering with concentration in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle building construction work independently, do the structural analysis and supervise the finishing works
∎ Budget preparation, specifications and BOQ preparation, Bill checking, Memo preparation& approval etc.
∎ Help to obtain various management / agencies approval & ensure compliance in all the implementation stages of ID projects
∎ Maintain various MIS related to the infrastructure development data for the top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle project Monitoring and supervision of Interior fit out works
∎ Proficiency in Auto Cad to prepare drawing
∎ 3D View preparation will be added advantage
∎ Willing to travel and stay at site as and when require

Salary: Negotiable
