∎ ITP Certified from NBR will get extra preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly driven Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive VAT, Tax & Internal Audit to ensure all VAT, Tax & Internal Audit related documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner independently with minimum supervision. The Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive’s major responsibilities include developing solutions for potential VAT, Tax & Internal Audit issues, keeping up-to-date on new developments in VAT, Tax & Internal Audit legislation and informing the management about new legislative developments. The Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive should also be able to advise on VAT,Tax & Internal Audit planning, research and compliance.
∎ Handle the hospital's overall VAT & Tax-related work.
∎ Monitor Tax and VAT matters of different concerns of the hospital to ensure the measures comply with all fiscal laws, including Income Tax, VAT, & Company Law.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS, VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ Ensure proper preparation and submission of VAT & Tax Returns.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with Bangladesh's income tax law, VAT Act and RJSC.
∎ Maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), Tax and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Prepare & file monthly withholding Tax Returns u/s-177.
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
