Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining correspondences with Embassy, Immigration & Passport office.
∎ Online & manual visa processing (All countries)
∎ Responsible for processing all kinds of corporate foreign travel
∎ Domestic & International air ticketing
∎ Hotel Reservation (domestic & International)
∎ Providing support for timely payment of all club bills
∎ Negotiating and Liaising with external travel agents if needed
∎ Liaising with Government and Non-Government agencies
∎ Performing activities outside the office related to administration
∎ Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in visa processing independently.
∎ Communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
∎ Be able to cope with pressure;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skills.
