Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize engineering people for ensuing smooth run the machineries.
∎ Ensure daily maintenance of all machineries.
∎ Keep the record of all maintenance works.
∎ Measuring and monitoring devices are regularly check and calibration.
∎ To solve any kind of technical problem asked by any department.
∎ Always try to decrease the machine rejection percentage and maintain quality.
∎ Always ensure spare parts stock.
∎ Ensure monthly maintenance yearly overhauling of all machines.
∎ Record the monthly maintenance cost and always try to reduce that.
∎ Prepare and submit the annual budget of the machine’s equipment.
∎ Train the junior colleagues to increase their skill.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the authorities.
