∎ Diploma in Electronics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Machanical Engineering

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG, Group of Companies, Must be Skilled in MS office applications, Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing policies with supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
∎ Inspecting parts for damage or defects before they are stocked in inventory.
∎ Overseeing new hires by conducting training programs and orientations, as well as providing ongoing supervision to new employees.
∎ Maintaining communication with customers/ suppliers to answer questions or resolve issues regarding orders or deliveries.
∎ Maintaining an inventory of parts using computer software programs (Tally / ERP) to track part numbers, prices, quantities, and locations in the warehouse.
∎ Performing inventory checks to ensure that parts are correctly priced and stocked.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and power point.
∎ Ensure to the Identification and coding, criticality classification, procurement, quality inspection, stocking policies, supplier management and internal performance.
∎ Processing invoices for payment to suppliers or vendors, as well as preparing purchase orders for new inventory.
∎ Coordinating with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure that shipments are delivered on time to the correct location
∎ Ensuring that the inventory is accurately accounted for in the computer system.
∎ Monitoring the current parts inventory
∎ Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
∎ Clear knowledge on Machine Parts/equipment's, like mechanical (Hydraulic, Pneumatic system etc) . Electrical, Production related issues etc.
∎ Clear Knowledge on damage spare.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
