Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of stores within our factories.
∎ Planning, developing, and implementing material control activities for our central warehouse.
∎ Maintaining adequate stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
∎ Overseeing the receipt of store materials from local, foreign suppliers, and other approved sources in accordance with LC/purchase approval documents.
∎ Ensuring accurate bin card maintenance in all store and sub-store rooms.
∎ Generating purchase requisitions in ERP system.
∎ Documenting and releasing all received and distributed store materials.
∎ Keeping comprehensive records of all store transactions.
∎ Preparing and submitting reports on inventory flow movements monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly to the appropriate authority.
∎ Providing leadership, guidance, and support to other store personnel.
∎ Carrying out any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
∎ We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers/Senior Officers in our Store department.
