Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Commerce background is preferable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Effective Inventory and Warehousing Store Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Hard Working, Leadership, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Erp software, Store Inventory and Control, Store Management, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of stores in factories and responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over material control activities regarding central warehouse.
∎ Maintain Stock Level of RM, PM & Consumables items.
∎ Receiving store materials (RM, PM & Consumables) from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Ensuring bin card in all store and sub store room.
∎ Raise purchase requisition in ERP.
∎ Ensuring all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintaining proper record.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Ensuring to make order reconciliation and submit report to the management.
∎ Ensuring all receive and issue of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ Preparing report -monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Maintaining Compliance.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
