Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in IPE/Mechanical Engineer from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop new vendors for direct & indirect materials and maintain contract with vendors for smooth purchase operation.
∎ To monitor and control overall supply chain process (product, fund and information flow) to increase efficiency and responsiveness of business.
∎ To analyzing trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability, lead time and capacity of goods and service.
∎ To identify, mitigate and escalate procurement risks to enable the organization to meet its obligations and maximize business opportunities.
∎ To prepare and issue purchase order by taking proper approval from authority.
∎ To maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity to meet organizational compliance requirements.
∎ To provide cooperation with concern to the end users to meet their actual requirements.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Excellent command of English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook is a must.
∎ Must have problem solving skill.
∎ Must be a quick learner & able to adopt new technologies.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs duty, VAT, Customs Act, Export & Import Policy and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
