∎ M.Sc - Chemistry, M. Pharm
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience of procurement in Pharmaceuticals Industry for 3-5 years
∎ Should have end to end knowledge from negotiation to procurement of Raw Materials, Capital, Electrical, Mechanical & Maintenance Items
∎ Knowledge of procurement of Raw Materials in a Chemical Manufacturing set up would be an added advantage.
∎ Coordinating and managing all administrative, contractual and Operational aspects of Purchase function.
∎ Should be well versed with vendor development & vendor relationship management
∎ Should have good experience of dealing with overseas vendors
∎ Should have knowledge of import documentation & clearance process.
∎ Should have relevant experience of working with freight forwarders & CHA
∎ Knowledge of mechanical & electrical procurement would be added advantage.
∎ Well conversant with GST & relevant government levies & taxes.
∎ Should have good communication skills & be able to correspond independently with vendors
∎ Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 maintaining records & documentation.
∎ Should be capable to work on ERP, Purchase related software packages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience 3-5 Years in SCM Department
∎ Fluency in English Written and Verbal is a must
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel is required
