∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Procurement, Product Costing and budgeting, Suppliers and Vendor Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a purchase & material sourcing policy to enhance savings, and set a standard lead time for delivering to the end consumer.
∎ Identify potential suppliers, develop, implement and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on-time delivery and return policies.
∎ Establish an evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
∎ Make sure all the requisite and approved material's availability as per the specification at the right time, in the right quantity & at the lowest price.
∎ To ensure that all purchase orders are entered into the ERP system in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure the end-to-end commercial process related to import, letter of credit (LC), and clearing and forwarding (C&F) function for smooth and on-time delivery as per the agreed timeline
∎ Collaborate with the financial team on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
∎ Follow-up bill, payment procedures
∎ Preparing detailed reports on procurement and deliveries.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
