∎ We are looking for a reliable Plumbing Engr. to plan plumbing of projects under construction, oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and execute plumbing for high rise building including drainage
∎ Read plumbing design done by consultants for mega projects and execute
∎ Select suitable tools, materials and equipment for the plumbing works
∎ Determine items requirement from the design and assesse budget
∎ Demand and procure items beforehand without loss of time
∎ Meet contractual conditions of performance
∎ Review the work progress on daily/weekly basis
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
∎ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
∎ Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Any other job entrusted by authority related to plumbing and sanitary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in plumbing design and management, especially for high-rise building. (Residential and Commercial)
∎ Expert knowledge on building products, especially on sanitary and plumbing items,
∎ Expert knowledge on building construction details with BOQ and relevant rules, regulations
∎ Must have good knowledge on quality check and quality control (QC/QA) on plumbing
∎ Familiarity with construction management software packages
∎ Competent in conflict and crisis management
∎ Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Age limit: Not below 30 year(s)
