Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submit error free IGM / EGM.
∎ Maintain error free BL and ensure surrender status.
∎ Execute sea Import and Export shipment documentation.
∎ Follow up and Execute IGM amendment (if need)
∎ Prepare & send Pre-alert/arrival Notice.
∎ Follow-up and Maintain smooth CFS, Depot, Off Dock, Port Operation and vessel position.
∎ Maintain SOP based job and prepare daily/monthly report.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Customer, Carrier, Port authority and customs.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have proper knowledge on freight forwarding and operational activities of SEA Import and Export shipment.
∎ Should have experience on project shipment handling.
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer, especially MS Office and different types software base work.

Salary: Negotiable
