Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service, Transportation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting of defects and initiate repair works of vehicle.
∎ Maintain vehicle documents & record of repair works.
∎ Forecasting requirement of spare parts for stocking and assist procuring proper items.
∎ Organize training to transport department's staff.
∎ Scheduling preventive maintenance work to ensure longevity of vehicles.
∎ Prepare a list of suppliers and enlist them with the approval of management.
∎ Maintain list of tools and fitting of each vehicle and carry out monthly check.
∎ Submit a daily list of operational vehicle likely to be operational on the same day.
∎ Determine KPL for each vehicle in loaded and empty condition and certify in vehicle log.
∎ Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty roasters of drivers, cleaners and mechanics.
∎ Ensure feedback on performance of staff, drivers cleaners and mechanics after evaluation.
∎ Ensure safe parking of Vehicles in premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Transport Operational experience any Group of Companies
∎ Must have experience in automobile company/ reputed vehicle maintenance workshop.
∎ Capable to identify problems/defects of any vehicle and to ensure quality repair & maintenance work of all vehicles inside and outside the factory.
∎ Capable to investigate defects, extend of damage after accident and estimate repair cost and materials requirement.
∎ Capable to submit daily vehicle uses report and quarterly/monthly report of vehicle repair-maintenance expenditure.
∎ Must have knowledge on maintenance of light and heavy vehicle like Cover van, Micro, Private Car, Trucks etc.
∎ Should be computer literate.

Salary: Negotiable
