Erp software, Inventory/ Store Management, Stock Inventory Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of goods & Raw-Materials.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Items.
∎ Receive goods & Raw-material from local and foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading of goods & Raw-material and ensure that are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Effective communicate with Supply Chain Management & other related departments to keep update information of material status.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Distributing chemicals to production floor as per requisition;
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Ensure Chemical Storing secondary containment & in pallet.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Maintaining proper record, receive stores, tags and track of surplus property;
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Monitor & make Inventory Report.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety & Compliance issues of entire store area.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement
∎ Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required.
