"RIAND Child Development Centre" is a sister concern of RIAND GROUP, working with neurological disorder management which is becoming alarming phenomena in Bangladesh. We believe our mission is to ensure better life through better solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned products/services as per the company's set goal/budget.
∎ Plan and carry out direct marketing activities, create new customers, increase sales volume, work for achieving the plan.
∎ Monitor the competitors' marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit reports regularly.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product development and bring changes (if required) to the existing products/services
∎ Meet the key Doctors over the area/region/zone and exchange ideas to obtain feedback on the movement of assigned products/services
∎ Prepare various reports on the performance of the products/services regularly.
∎ Develop product manual, Carry out different types of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age: ± 30 Years
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Candidate having similar industry experience would be given preference
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
