Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology, Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a qualified and compassionate psychologist to join RIAND. You may work with the people suffering from a wide range of disorders, e.g. ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism and other Neurological Developmental Disorders.
∎ The successful candidate must have the knowledge and skills to provide quality care to our clients and their families. You will need to be well-versed in the most recent research on child and adolescent therapies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct psychological assessments and/or tests for diagnostic purposes.
∎ Develop an individualized treatment plan for each person.
∎ Recommend rehabilitation or intervention programs to overcome addiction issues.
∎ Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
