Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain employee data base as per the prescribe format/Policy.
∎ Assist supervisors in the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Assist supervisor in manage daily HR services included training & development, strategic planning, Payroll, talent acquisition & retention.
∎ Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/ issues
∎ Work for employee benefits, payroll administration & TA/DA
∎ Maintain Leave record & Attendance Record.
∎ Ensure to complete the process of employee’s Final settlement, Exit interview & Release.
∎ Prepare HR relevant Reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
∎ Maintain all data records about Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, attendance and allowances.
∎ Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc.
∎ Maintain daily expenses and Petty cash.
∎ Assist Supervisor for preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Provide logistic support for event management (workshops/seminars/training etc.
∎ Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong written and verbal communications skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have knowledge on HRIS software.
∎ Good knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law-2006.
Salary: Negotiable
