Educational Requirements:
∎ At least B.Sc. in EEE / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public universities preferably from BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/DUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for marketing activities in order to receive order of transmission tower, telecom tower, pole, electric line hardware, steel structure and tower galvanizing business.
∎ Supervising and leading the Sales & Marketing team and effectively communicating with the potential customers.
∎ Preparing tender documents for bidding purposes of BREB, PGCB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, Solar Structure, Railway, RHD, as well as other govt. and private organization.
∎ Project planning, project execution, and maintaining the project's technical data, documents and files.
∎ Preparing and reviewing the customer's technical documentation and requirements.
∎ Analyzing and keeping track record of relevant competitors in the industries.
∎ Ensuring maximum satisfaction for the customers and suppliers.
∎ Keeping close contact with present & potential customers.
∎ Preparing reports on the areas of Sales & Marketing and providing periodical report to the management.
∎ Scheduling and attending meetings with customers as per requirements.
∎ Responsible for the execution, construction, and erection of all engineering works and activities of project sites.
∎ Developing relationship with the stakeholders of BREB, PGCB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, Solar Structure, Railway, RHD, as well as other govt. and private organization so that orders can be received smoothly.
∎ Always be updated of tenders of BREB, PGCB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, Solar Structure, Railway, RHD, as well as other govt. and private organizations.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years practical working experience in marketing of Electrical Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, and Electrical Transmission, Distribution Line Hardware in any reputed Steel structure manufacturing company.
∎ The applicant must have experience in Sales & Marketing in electric transmission tower, electrical line Hardware, Telecom Tower, steel structure manufacturing, and galvanizing business.
∎ Working experience in dealing with projects of PGCB, BREB, PDB, DESCO, NESCO, RHD, Bangladesh Railway, Telecom, and other govt. and private organizations etc. in Bidding, tendering/e-tendering & must have good relation with these organizations.
∎ Must be a team-player, proactive & conversant in verbal & and non – verbal communication.
∎ Very good understanding of technical specification of electrical transmission tower, electrical line Hardware, telecom tower, and steel structure related products.
∎ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills along with a high level of planning and organizational skills.
∎ Very good presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to visit the project sites on a need basis time to time.
∎ Excellent skill in MS word, MS Excel, e-mail, Power point , internet surfing & other electronic communications systems.
